Service offering in AI: taxonomies and best practices from the DIH4AI project
Which kind of services do Digital Innovation Hubs working with AI offer? How can they be categorised? Do DIHs with a different focus and specialisation offer the same kind of services?
These are some of the questions that will be answered during the new DIH-World webinar that will take place on the 29th of November 2022 from 15:00 to 16:00 CEST on Microsoft Teams.
This webinar will provide an overview of the different types of AI-related services offered by DIHs to SMEs, based on the so-called L-BEST service taxonomy, developed within the Horizon2020 DIH4AI project. This taxonomy focuses on five different types of services:
- Legal-ethical
- Business
- Ecosystem
- Skills
- Technology
A special focus will be provided on legal-ethical services, introducing also trustworthy AI services, in line with the latest EC guidelines and regulations. The webinar will be also an occasion to listen to the specific experience of DIHs that will share their lessons learned and the challenges they have encountered in AI-related projects.
