How to establish a DIH from the legal point of view
This webinar will explain how to set up a Digital Innovation Hub (DIH) from a legal point of view. A legal expert will present some examples of legal issues encountered when establishing a DIH. The webinar will be complemented with two examples of established DIHs explaining how agreements were prepared with stakeholders and how they were registered in their countries to make the DIH fully operative.
The webinar is held within the framework of the DIH-World project. Funded by the H2020 programme, the project supports 27 DIHs from 26 countries. It aims to overcome hurdles that SMEs may face on their digitalization journey through improved support of DIHs. The DIH Academy is one of its activities aiming for a wide impact. It supports the DIHs with training and mentoring services as well as provides access for DIHs to a wide range of good practices. In addition, the Academy provides tailored support to the participating DIHs and the DIHs selected for experiments.
This webinar is expected to have more than 25 participants; all of whom are representatives and experts of the DIHs involved in the project which are in the process of establishment or in the first years of operation. The purpose of this webinar is to provide them with practical ideas on how to improve their DIH design from a legal point of view thus making them more effective.
